Wedding Dress Consultation – This is your Appointment
We can’t wait to help you discover the most beautiful wedding dresses and of course your individual dream dress! Schedule your consultation online or by phone. You automatically reserve one of our private bridal suites, including some refreshments for you and your loved ones. Choose one of the following appointment options:
During the week (Tuesday through Thursday)
Enjoy the hunt for your gorgeous wedding gown during the most quiet and relaxed time in our store and book this 2-hour long consultation during the week. You can invite up to 4 of your loved ones that accompany you to this appointment.
Weekend Consultation with 25 Euro consultation fee (Fridays & Saturdays)
Just like a During-The-Week appointment, this consultation lasts for 2 hours, and you can invite up to 4 of your loved ones to come with you. For a weekend appointment we kindly ask for a 25 Euro consultation fee which can be paid while booking the appointment. When buying your dress you automatically get 25 Euro off the price of your dress.
For your Civil Wedding
Schedule a 1-hour appointment if you are looking for the little white dress to say yes! We won’t show you any big ballgown wedding dresses but all dresses, suits and two-piece outfits that are perfect for a super chic courthouse wedding. You can bring up to 2 of your loved ones to this consultation.
First Look
Not sure yet, if we are your bridal store? Schedule a First Look appointment! During this 30-minute-long appointment you get the chance to meet our bridal stylist team and to enjoy a sneak peek of our dresses. First Look appointments can be booked by phone. Call us: 0049 30 960 80 500.
Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment
Of course, you can reschedule or cancel an appointment after you booked it. Life happens and we know and understand. Please keep in mind that all bridal consultation appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled latest 48 hours prior to the appointment. For appointments not cancelled or rescheduled on time we reserve the right to charge a 100 Euro late fee without any exceptions to cover all cost caused by a no-show.

A very warm welcome
Here we go: your bridal consultation is about to happen! Our team is welcoming you and your loved ones that are accompanying you. Please keep in mind to doublecheck beforehand how many people you can bring with you. It will depend on the type of appointment you booked.
Relaxed start
When you arrive at our store at Spittelmarkt, we invite you to take a seat first. Stressful day so far, doubtful thoughts about your wedding guest list, the important business meeting you will have this week: Leave all the noise behind and take a breath while enjoying a non-alcoholic drink. Time to relax and get excited about finding your wedding gown! This is also the perfect time to freshen up.
Silence your phones and put it away. No pictures, no text messages, no emails. Just like going to see a blockbuster movie at your favorite cinema: Experience your time at our store without interruptions. An important family member couldn’t make it to your bridal appointment? No worries, we are happy to facilitate a video call with our store tablet.
Your bridal stylist
Time to say hi to your bridal stylist. Depending on what language you chose while booking the appointment, she assists you in German or English. She prepared for you appointment and is now asking you follow-up questions to determine in deeper detail what bridal look you are going for. This conversation takes place in one of our private bridal suites that you reserved for yourself and your bridal party.
The search begins
While your loved ones enjoy themselves in your private bridal suite, the bridal stylist is showing you our bridal dress collection. To keep our designer dresses safe, they all come in a protective cover. Your bridal stylist handles the dresses for you. While walking through the breathtaking rows of dresses, you have a look at different designers, brands and styles that match with the style that you are looking for. Based on her experience and knowledge regarding wedding dresses, your bridal stylist shows you additional gowns that could be exciting picks for you as well. You can select up to 6 dresses to try on.
The Fitting
Back in your private bridal suite it is time to try on the dresses you picked. Your bridal stylist helps you with each gown, answers all your questions and shows you the matching accessories if you are interested. She also pins a dress for you in case you fall in love with a gown that does not fit perfectly yet to make sure you can imagine easily how your dream dress will look like.
Just like couture brands like Gucci or Prada, we don’t work with sample dresses. If you fall in love with a dress, it is yours!
Easy decision-making
Second round! You are trying on your most favorite gowns once more to confirm the feeling: THIS is MY wedding dress!
Time for pictures
As soon as you select your wedding dress your loved ones can start taking pictures to document this wonderful and exciting moment that you are sharing together: you found your dress! Memories are made.
Your dream dress
Congratulations: you found your dream wedding dress! Now your bridal stylist guides you through the next steps ahead: your purchase agreement, order and pick up modalities in case your dress is ordered for you, special crusz Bride discounts that all your loved ones receive at our store if they buy their outfits at crusz as well.
Time to raise the glasses with some bubbles – of course available with or without alcohol. Happy crusz bride celebration!
Heading home
We send you home with your wedding dress in a protective cover to keep it safe from any weather – and your love at home that might try to sneak a peek at your dream dress.
If your bridal gown is ordered, we will contact you as soon as it arrives at our store and is ready for pick up.
How to prepare for your bridal consultation
- Make sure you bring all and only the non-negotiable human beings with you that will support you to select your wedding dress.
- You plan on bringing your infant with you? Have a conversation with the loved ones that will accompany you ahead of your bridal consultation to decide who will take care of the little one(s). That way you can fully focus on finding your dream dress.
- Come to your appointment wearing underwear in nude to eliminate any distraction while having a look in the mirror wearing different bridal gowns.
